Darren's scope of services are extremely wide. I initially hired him to review a lease agreement in which he made changes that were beneficial. I then hired him to facilitate a sell and a purchase of another house. The transactions hit many bumps in the road and Darren was steadfast at resolving the ...issues as they came up. I recommended him to another person who was looking to purchase a franchise. After Darren reviewed this company he suggested that they should not invest in the franchise. As it turns out the franchise is almost out of business. I would highly recommend him!
