Gary Pagliarello

Gary A. Pagliarello, Esq. is an experienced litigator, having handled personal injury and medical malpractice cases throughout his thirty-year career as an attorney on Long Island. Gary graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1984 and went on to earn his law degree at the University of Bridgeport School of Law. Upon passing the Bar exam, Gary commenced his professional career with a large law firm on Long Island which afforded him with exposure to all phases of personal injury litigation, from inception to trial. Gary gained valuable experience and became proficient in drafting pleadings, preparing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in need of legal assistance.

Gary furthered his career at the law office of Richard J. Inzerillo, P.C. in Smithtown, New York, and became one of Suffolk County’s most respected and effective trial attorneys, with successful verdicts throughout the New York metropolitan area. Gary spent the next 15 years of his career at law firms which specialized in general liability cases and medical malpractice litigation.
