This matter does not sound familiar to me, so regrettably, I can not address its merits. I, however, do not minimize the concern an unpleasant experience may have upon a client. I encourage the reviewer to contact me directly to discuss the matter. As a matter of practice, I address each client's legal needs and provide the time and attention required to resolve every issue. If I can not return a phone call because of time constraints associated with a busy law practice, my assistant or I will advise a client that a call will follow once I am able to appropriately address the matter. I pride myself with a litany of satisfied clients. I continue to adhere to the highest standard of professionalism and feel fortunate to be of service to so many seniors and their families, who need and have needed medicaid assistance and estate planning over these many years. They are reason I do what I do, and love it.
