I am a solo practitioner registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. No. 34,721). I have been practicing Intellectual Property Law, specializing in Patent and Trademark prosecution for thirty (30) years for clients including a varied mix of large international corporations, small companies, and individual inventors. During my career I have drafted hundreds of patent applications as well as prosecuted thousands of patent applications for my clients. I have also performed overflow work for numerous different attorneys preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications. My educational background is in Electrical Engineering. While the majority of my experience deals with preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the Electrical arts, I also have experience working with inventions in many different areas of technology as well as in all phases of trademark prosecution.
