Client was in endless negotiation with the bank during their foreclosure action in an effort to get a modification. Once our firm was retained we performed a thorough review of the documentation and f ... inancials and we were able to determine the problem. The client was qualified for an in house modification at 2% with very small step ups. We also were able to get approximately $250,000.00 of the mortgage balance placed in forebearance.
