Evan was wonderful and compassionate during a difficult time for my family and I after Hurricane Sandy. Evan Richards was assigned to my case by Richard Seelig to work on the brief for my disability hearing alittle over a month before my hearing. Evan was very attentive, explained any questions that I had in detail, kept in touch with me through email and phone calls through out this very slow process ...of dealing with disability cases, and even sent me a email of congratulations when he heard that I had won my case. I personally didn't hire Evan Richards; I hired Richard Seeling who is a partner at the law firm I went to for my disability case. However, when Richard put Evan in charge of my brief, Evan called me that day to get all the information of my case and why I am filing for disability instead of just looking at the paperwork. He treated me like a person, not a case number just like Richard did and I really respected that. I would definitely recommended Evan and the law firm that he works for.

Evan was extremely dedicated to my case. Evan constantly kept me updated on the status of my case, be it a email at 9pm or a phone call at noon. He was not afraid to stand up to the insurance companies and FEMA. Eventually we were highly successful and we were able to obtain enough money to rebuild ...my home.

After hurricane sandy hit our home and many around us we were desperate for help. After not having any insurance to help us no flood no wind and getting hardly any help from FEMA I was finally introduced to Evan.
