We were able to attain guardianship - conservatorship of the family member through the courts which allowed us to get both physical and mental diagnosis and treatment for her over and above her will. The family member received both mental and physical help which improved her life by orders of magnitude. Steven’s actions may have saved her life in addition to improving the quality of her life and that of those around her.
