Negligent, unprofessional, non-responsive, zero effectiveness. After hiring Dawn in 2016 for 2 QDROs, which STILL have not been completed and my ex withdrawing MY marital portion from 401k without any response from Dawn, and receiving ONE invoice I’m 2019 (which wasn’t even accurate) and stating I ne...eded to pay $12,000+ (on top of my $4,000 retainer and request for invoices) in a threatening email from a paralegal saying she would accept $8,000+ if paid immediately or $12k with a payment plan. Said payment would cover all expenses relating to the QDRO. Well, hired in 2016, paid over $12k total, have ZERO QDRO established, can’t even get a copy of my file, she lied about who adjourned court TWENTY-ONE times and then the judge refused to reschedule, BECAUSE OF HER. The Suffolk Bar Association with be hearing from me AND I will actively seek compensation AND punitive damages. I have personally worked in Firms, I have patience (obviously) but I liken this to a shakedown with NOTHING to show. And matter of fact, she and my ex are the only ones who have my money - and she’s cost me money. Run as fast as you can and hopefully she’ll turn in her license to practice before even having to face the SCBA to answer for every email, text, note and document I have demonstrating why she should not be allowed to practice law, ever.

I don’t wish divorce upon anyone, but some of us end up in the situation. Dawn was given to me as a referral and from our first phone call I could tell she wasn’t just selling me some line of BS. She was honest with what she thought, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear and followed through on wha...t she told me. Dawn showed compassion for what I was going through and dealt with my “how am I going to make it through this” moments. She would always assure me I would & I did. I couldn’t be more pleased with how she represented me in court and out of with the other lawyer. My divorce was anything but easy or simple. I would highly recommend her .

During my divorce case this liar was unable to secure any of my demands, and left me in the lurch after the proceedings, regarding any questions I had. She puts on a good act, but she's not working for you. She's an officer of the court disguised as a caring and compassionate liar. Stay clear of this... one.
