She sounded nice on the phone and seemed to understand my needs. Once I paid the retainer, she became unresponsive to my calls and emails. She would commit to an action, but since she refused to cc me on any correspondence, I would only later on discover that she did not do what she promised. When ...I started to incur expenses due to her not doing the items required, I ended the relationship. I then received a itemized bill (the first one I received in spite of multiple requests) saying she had used up the retainer. I received little value from her services and she left me in a worse position then when I started due to her lack of response and her inaction on my behalf.
