I represent contractors, owners and suppliers engaged in the construction industry in all aspects of construction law including contract drafting and negotiation, insurance coverage disputes, mechanic's liens, litigations, arbitrations and mediations.
I am also an adjunct professor at Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Touro College where I presently teach Construction Law.
I am the VIce-Chairperson of the New York State Bar Association's Construction and Surety Law Division and the Editor of Deconstruction, the Division's Newsletter.
