Kenneth Allen Brown is an accomplished attorney with over thirty (30) years of experience handling numerous complex litigation matters in state and federal courts with a focus on commercial, real estate, land use, and zoning litigation. Kenneth has a demonstrated track record of being able to look at legal issues from multiple angles and to devise effective arguments that achieve favorable results.

Kenneth possesses significant experience handling all facets of the litigation process, including extensive settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate experience. Kenneth’s broad practice and professional background have made him proficient in evaluating a wide variety of legal issues, and providing effective solutions. Kenneth is known as an expert in real property dispute resolution and litigation, and he has been called on to present professional seminars, primarily through the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Suffolk Academy of Law, where he has been an Officer since 2017.

Kenneth possesses excellent business judgment, interpersonal skills, can take on increasing levels of responsibility without compromising quality, and work just as well as part of a team as he does independently.

Kenneth earned his J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School (1987), where he was ranked 4th in his class, a recipient of a full-tuition merit scholarship, and a research editor of the Law Review. Kenneth received his B.A. from Columbia University (1984) where he studied Political Science and Economics.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
