Do not use this fraudulent attorney, on July 26th 2024 Ms. Toppin from Toppin and Toppin was hired by Nelson Lindie and the so-called executor to create a false deed for 1346 Commodore Road Uniondale NY 11553. This was supposed to be a buyout for a 20% for an estate property, turns out she knew the p...roperty did not belong to the estate. I later found out the location in Baldwin where the transaction happened was registered in a different name, she knew they were creating a falsified deed and had the audacity to file the documents listing me as deceased. They also orchestrated to have someone pretending to be from the insurance company, which the insurance company later denied being present. You are a disgrace to the public, stop practicing law please
