Eric Dubinsky

I hired Eric in 2014 when the divorce process started for me and he has followed through with me today, finalizing my divorce, following up on child support arrears, etc. I met with several attorneys before making a selection and chose Eric due to his warm, kind, professional demeanor. Eric explains ...everything in detail, is there to answer all of my questions as has handled everything with class, respect and decency (even though we are dealing with a not so ideal situation.) I can not recommend Eric enough. Divorce is not an easy thing to experience as having a gentleman like Eric by my side, made the process a little less stressful. HIGHLY recommend!

Eric stood by my side for nearly 10 years through a terrible divorce. He made me feel as if I were never alone. Eric Dubinsky is one of the finest, knowledgeable and experienced Family Law attorneys I have ever had to pleasure to meet. To contradict a previous review - Eric has never prepared any settlement agreement that could not be enforced in a court of law. The person who wrote that Eric lies, cheats a...nd puts information in the divorce agreement which can not be enforced in a court of law sounds more like the spouse of one of Eric's clients who was not happy with settlement negotiations. This reviewer also stated Eric used false figures which "screwed me and my 3 young children" -- that is unbelievable. If Eric was all for "Eric" referrals to his office would not come from friends and family members of former clients AS WELL AS friends, and family members of the EX-SPOUSE and even other attorneys who respect Eric's knowledge of family law and refer clients to him. It is common knowledge that negotiations and settlement agreements prepared by Eric are fair to both parties and they can put their lives in Eric's hands and he does right by everyone UNLESS, of course, you are the spouse who has something to hide and doesn't want to do the right thing for your family - then you definitely will not like Eric because you will find out that Eric will only do what is right to protect his client first and foremost. As any client of Eric's knows - its not all about the fee - its about the client, the client's family and their future. For those reasons, and many more - Eric is highly respected within the Courts as well as with other attorneys. Eric and his office is highly recommended by this reviewer - do not hesitate to call his office FYI - the question "how many lawyers have you worked with in the past" is not answered in the sense of needing or retaining an attorney. It is answered as a "personal and/or business" experience with attorneys.
