New to market insurance product development and product updates including underwriting and claims strategy and training;
Submission referral analysis, negotiation, development and drafting of manuscript policy language;

Environmental risk and legal liability counsel, including emerging risks and financial assurance;
Environmental coverage and claim support – policy and claim review, expert opinion and witness.
