Excellent Lawyer, Great Experience

Tom McGovern is an excellent lawyer who very patiently and informatively walked my spouse and me through the legal steps as we purchased our first home. Having him as our lawyer was a great experience. Tom is personable, knowledgeable, and pleasant! I highly recommend working with him!!

Very satisfied

Tom was my attorney for the closing of a co-op that I sold in November 2015. He was efficient and dealt with a not so easy to deal with management company. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I basically just showed up for the closing. He took care of everything from soup to nuts with no problem at... all. Co-op closings can be difficult and mine was smooth sailing.

Tom handled my mom's estate from the 1st time we sat down to the end of the process he kept it simple explained every thing a all way returned my messages within 24 hrs.Knowable Professional and Caring

Satisfied Client

A few years ago Tom handled the estate of my deceased aunt. He knows his stuff, and is efficient and honest. The best thing about Tom is he gives you the personal touch - he explains everything to you, keeps you informed every step of the way, and is always available for questions. He even came to... my mother's house to drop off and pick up documents. He really goes the extra mile for you. We felt like he was our friend as well as our lawyer. I definitely recommend him.

Will Probate

Mr. McGovern probated a will for my family in 2012. It was done in a very timely fashion, and he kept all family members informed and up to date. He also did a power of attorney and life estate for my mom...all work done perfectly!
