I hired Mr. McGovern to handle my mother's estate. He needed to do the probate when my mom passed, and than take care of the sale of her house. There was a few bumps along the way but he handled everything very professionally and stayed with me until everything was done. I had gone through two o...ther attorneys that couldn't handle my situation and Mr. McGovern was the only attorney that got everything to fall into place and take care of the matter for me. He is a true professional and a very considerate attorney.

Tom was my attorney for the closing of a co-op that I sold in November 2015. He was efficient and dealt with a not so easy to deal with management company. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I basically just showed up for the closing. He took care of everything from soup to nuts with no problem at... all. Co-op closings can be difficult and mine was smooth sailing.

Mr. McGovern helped my siblings and I probate both our mom, and our uncle's will (back in 2012), in order to sell a house they had co owned together. Two other attorneys had attempted to probate the wills before, but both had run into problems concerning missing witnesses (to the wills) or affidavits..., or something. We had all but given up on being able to sell the house. Mr. McGovern was able to locate one of the witnesses needed, completed all the necessary paperwork, and got both wills probated. We were able to sell the house a few months later. He constantly called or emailed my siblings and I, to give us updates on his progress. That was the best part. So many attorneys don't get back to their clients timely, or sometimes ever. This was a refreshing experience. I would highly recommend him.
