First time buyer

Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect. Tom made things real easy for us. Fair prices, knowledgeable and painless on our end. He went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth.

Excellent extremely knowledgeable attorney

I used Thomas as my real estate attorney for the selling of my elderly fathers Co op apartment. Thomas eased my stress level regarding selling my dad's place, by answering any questions I or my sister had regarding the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a very nice guy. I wo...uld highly recommend him as an attorney to anyone I know.

From our first phone call to our last conversation, Tom was always there for us. He met with us at our home on more then one occasion to go over everything, and made sure we understood what was going to happen before going forward. Great lawyer

Back in 2020, Tom had handled a residential closing in rocky point. Couldn't have been more professional and the transactions were as smooth as can be. Will definitely use again, and prices are very reasonable.
