Theresa F. Kloeckener

Specifically, On October 7, 2015 I was assigned to Theresa Kloeckener as a pro bono attorney I met with her late in October 2015 in order to preparing for a trial in Nassau County Family Court. The preparation was not completed in the October 2015 meeting with Ms. Kloeckener . There were more to be d...one before trial on January 27, 2016. On 1/27/2016 we were in court for trial and Ms Kloeckener quit 2 minutes before trial was to begin! Ms. Kloeckener was not prepared for trial because from October to the date of trial, I called Ms. Kloeckener several times, texted, emailed her and she never returned any texts ,any email or phone calls so therefore I was not prepared for trial on January 27, 2016. Two minutes before trial Ms. Kloeckener approached me in the lobby of the court room and said that she will be informing the judge that I was not satisfied with her services I said OK not realizing that she was quitting, when I was called in the court room the judge yelled and screamed at me and told me that Ms. Kloeckener quit (to my surprise) and I will not be given another attorney from the judge. Specifically, I never fired her! she quit because she was not prepared for trial and judge Rademaker threatened me with contempt of court and I was left to proceed in front of this threatening and intimidating judge by myself. I was so afraid! Judge Radmaker (while laughing) subsequently dismiss my case in Nassau County Family Court from a convicted murderer attempted strangulation of me in my own home. I'm left to live with this convicted murderer on a day-to-day basis because I have nowhere else to go. I'm living in fear for my life every day and this is due in part by Ms. Kloeckener unprofessional and being unqualified in family court(exact experience) In my opinion an attorney is good weather they are paid and not! She quitted on me two minutes before the trial and gave me a file filled with uncertified documents that the judge would not except in court. Ms Kloeckener once asked me why judge Rademaker did not like me I said I did not know but today I live with a convicted murderer and all his witnesses in the same house. His witnessed are the ones that encouraged him to attack me and watched him while he strangled me within a inch of my life. I'm in fear of my life today because of Ms. Kloeckener or her lack of services(fact). To be helpful,She is not worth anyone's time or money!
