My words cannot adequately express my recommendation and gratitude for Ms. Heidi Bernstein. She is top notch in every area, smart, professional, compassionate and communicates in a kind manner. Heidi guided me through a gut wrenching child support and expenses owed case that I thought would never c...ome to fruition. It is due to her skill set and negotiations that gave me the confidence to fight the fight. Due to several appointments at Court, it was easy to observe the level of respect shown to Heidi by the Judge and Court Officers. After hiring Heidi for a simple divorce, she dragged me and my children through Supreme Court System wiping me out of all my money, not securing child support, legal fees way over $40K which is 2x's my salary!! After getting no where with my case but well padded pockets for her prior firm, she up and... QUIT!!! The law firm not only left me to try and defend myself in Supreme court, they froze my bank account, took me to court, and now I must pay for the next 10 YEARS!!! Do not believe her when she says "we're almost at the end, just a little bit longer." STAY FAR FAR AWAY she is a vulture only out for herself NOT her client.

I went to Ms Applebaum for a child support case that my ex husband was years in arrears. She was professional as well as compassionate. During the work up for the case and the trial began, my ex husband passed away in the middle of the trial. Ms. Applebaum refused to accept any payments from me even... though she had already invested her time on trial. Heidi was recommended by a good friend when i needed a lawyer to get a child support order in place from my ex husband. She felt more like a friend than my lawyer.
