Gil Vilkas advertized $675 then charged me $3,000 & he did not returned me the escrow money of $3,500
he advertized to charge $675 for a deal, in the last minute at the closing he forsed me to sign invoice for $3,000 if not he would not continue the closing in addition he did not give me the refoundable escrow money of $3,500.

A Horror!
Mr. Vilkas' original fee of $575.00 turned into a $400.00 nightmare. He charged me for the simplest of things that should have been part of his "fee"! Buyer Beware!!!
Closed on a coop in June and Gil advertised a flat rate of $750 but later charged me $2000 at closing. Not once did I get a call from him along the closing process.
