Replied last May 19, 2023I'm sorry that you feel that communication wasn't as you had wished and that I did not reply to your attempts to reach me. My office is open from 8:30-5:00 from Monday through Friday and one of three receptionists or secretaries are available to always take your calls and relay messages to me.
