Professional, reliable, excellent results, great communication

Resolved my HOV Case with NO Points

While traveling in the left lane closest to HOV on the LIE (495), the car immediately to my right veered into my lane. To avoid a collision and with no car to my left, I moved toward, but did not fully cross into the HOV lane. I looked left and moved toward HOV to avoid being hit on the right side of... my car. My 30 year driving record was clean with the exception of paid parking tickets, but I received 3 tickets - which would have been 6 points on my license. I contacted Jeanne and received a call right away. She explained how the courts work and the possible scenarios and I hired her that day. Jeanne pled my case which resulted in NO points on my license and a fine. I highly recommend her!
