The firm is unprofessional, my cousin hired this firm. He never gets called back and his case has been since 2017.They lack communication an I see a lot of reviews on that, it’s seems like their trying to hold onto cases or push the small cases to the back. Not cool, my cousin was really hurt that he... couldn’t work. Unless it’s million dollars you’re expecting I don’t think a case should take that long. I looked at the goggle reviews an I noticed most of the 5 starts never reviewed until that( might be their friends)

He ignore my phone calls. I have no idea what’s going on with my keys. I don’t know who to speak to. I’m almost one year and some no hear from anybody from the office. What’s going on? With my case I’m really injured. I’m suffering in my house I have no food. I have no work because I’m injured Please... that’s not fair.

I have had not only the best experience in dealing with jason but he knows his stuff and he’s straight forward and honest. When I was in a accident i called him he didn’t hesitate to have my back he answered all my questions and works diligently to make sure all my needs are met through out the entir...e process.

My sister used this firm, due to a car accident it’s been about 3 years and still nothing, she was told a year ago they would settle but nothing still. Covid has slowed down things but still nothing, no updates from their end unless she calls. My sister was in a cab, I know taxis take a little longer... and she was told, both taxi and the other driver had poor insurance but she’s the victim!
