Through working closely with the bank, agent and client, I was able to get the appraisal reviewe ... d, renegotiate the details, and get a few items the bank required to close take care of in 3 days. I always believe in working closely with my client, listening to their goals, and approaching each deal as an opportunity to get all parties working together as a team.
