Plaintiffs alleged consumer fraud (violations of the Illinois Mortgage Rescue Fraud Act) and common law fraud against my clients (two of the defendants in the case).

Plaintiff a paramedic tending to a patient in the back of a stopped ambulance that was rear-ended by the defendant. Plaintiff's medical specials totaled $5,625.00. Arbitration award was $9,000.00 and ... negligence was admitted at trial, where I was the defendant's lawyer.
