Settlement Check
We have had the same problem with receiving settlement funds. We obtained a copy of the cancelled check which was signed on our behalf and cashed a year ago. All documents sent to the law office. The office still will not communicate as to when they will issue the funds to their rightful owner.

Don't use!!
I settled with the defendants using this attorney. The settlement check was cashed by this attorney in July 2015. I have a copy of the cancelled check. He never gave me my share. His office has ignored phone calls, told me the check was lost, the there was 'something wrong' with his bank account. Now...
