Richard T. Kerins

I don't know why it took me over 9 years to write this review, but after reading that last review I had too because Richard Kerins did the exact same thing to me! I called him for clarification on a matter regarding my deceased fathers estate. He yelled at me, said he didn't have time, I was harassi...ng him, and then he hung up on me. I was in utter shock. What made it so shocking was Richard Kerins was a good friend of my father, who had just passed away the month before. My father had hired Kerins to write up his will. A month earlier we were all sitting in Kerins office together (with my dad) and Kerins was acting so sympathetic, telling us if we need anything at all he is here for us! Really!!! The minute my father passed, if we called to ask a question, apparently we were wasting his time! I remember the day he hung up on me so vividly because I broke down in tears. Yes, I was hurt by Kerins actions, but I was really mourning the loss of my father. It was at that moment that it hit me, my dad would never be able to protect me again. Richard Kerins is a father himself. I wanted to call him back and ask him how he would feel I my father treated his child like that. I decided not to. Maybe he can answer that question for himself if her ever reads this review. If not, hopefully I can help someone who maybe looking for a trustworthy, reliable estate lawyer.
