Just because the foreclosure case was dismissed does NOT mean that the mortgage lien on your property is extinguished.

Yes! You should make a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on the basis of your not being served and demand a traverse hearing.

Offer a payment plan arrangement or a reduced lump sum payment if you owe the money. Call the lawyer named on the Summons.

You can expect the Sheriff and a moving truck after 72 hours. It's usually longer, but don't count on it!
