He is patient and soft spoken . In my opinion he is a silent crook who is for the buyers not the sellers. He overcharged for the retainer cost. He gave the buyers more money than discussed without discussing any information with me, He does not communicate information to his clients as needed. I di...d all of the foot work and calling to get things done before closing. With the assistants of the realtors. He was no assistance, but tried to overcharged me at closing over $1000 dollars. My opinion he is lazy, and just want the pay check. Be careful if you hire him stay ontop of your information needed.

Marc Paz is an extremely patient and thorough attorney. While recommended as a closing attorney for our first mortgage, we had such a good experience with him that we asked him to assist us with our wills, (my living will) and to set up a trust for my son. Marc is both personable and professional. H...e did not just “do” his part and collect a fee. Unlike other attorney’s I have dealt with, he explained each step of the processes so we understood what was happening before we signed any piece of paper. I highly recommend him.
