I called his office on a Saturday and left a message. Monday morning I called his office and was given an appt. for Tuesday morning. When I went to his office on Tuesday morning, I was greeted by the receptionist and ushered into the conference room. Mr. Ketover came into the room and he explained to me in great detail what the legal paperwork meant and put forth several different ways to handle the situation. He took his time and allowed me to ask him quite a few questions and did not rush me. He also was respectful of my decision in terms of how I decided to handle the matter and offered to help in any way he could.
