Joseph J. O'Shea

Joseph J. O’Shea has been a practicing attorney in the state of New York for the past fifteen years with emphasis on Mortgage Banking, Financial services and Residential Real estate. Mr. O’Shea graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 1996. Most recently Mr. O’Shea served as National Managing Attorney for Eltman Eltman and Cooper a National Financial services law firm. Mr. O’Shea has extensive experience in the residential mortgage industry serving as counsel to several mortgage banks in both an internal general counsel capacity and also in service as a settlement agent. Mr. O’Shea has also managed a residential mortgage servicing and collection platform for a nationally licensed mortgage bank. Mr. OShea worked for the New York State Department of State as regional representative of Governor George Pataki for the County of Queens for five years. Mr. O’Shea holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma (Six Sigma originated as a set of practices designed to improve manufacturing or financial service processes and eliminate defects).
