Jeffrey Migdalen

Jeffrey Migdalen defends clients in personal injury, premises and construction site liability, professional liability, Labor Law, errors and omissions, and transportation matters. He has represented insurance brokers and directors and officers; major sports and entertainment complexes and venues, professional athletic teams, camps, not-for-profit athletic associations, and nationwide health club franchises; and architects, engineers, and design professionals. He has handled matters from inception through trial, and obtained defense verdicts in New York State Supreme Courts.

Jeffrey interned for the Honorable Elaine Jackson Stack in Nassau County Supreme Court’s Matrimonial Division.

He finished in the top 25 percent of his class at Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was program editor of the Moot Court Board and served on the Student Bar Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. In addition, Jeffrey was a semifinalist in the John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition and participated in the Nassau Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Competition.
