Hani M. Moskowitz

Hani Moskowitz was appointed by the Judge who eventually referred my case to another judge. I don’t believe Hani Moskowitz is able to handle a case that includes parental alienation. It was either she’s inexperienced in that area OR she showed favoritism towards my ex wife who is a lawyer AND previ...ously a board member and a vice president of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association. I have a video of the mother screaming at the child, threatening to beat her until she’s “black and blue”, calling her a “stupid f*ck”. When the video was played for Hani Moskowitz she said the mother doesn’t always make the right parenting decisions. If your child has Hani Moskowitz as the appointed court attorney, good luck. I had 15 months of parental alienation and not seeing my daughter and never given a real explanation of why.
