Andrea Katherine Scampoli

I was referred to Andrea Scampoli and the firm Hoffman & Behar, PLLC through two separate individuals who did not know each other. I can't be more thankful for Andrea with the help of Warren along with Colleen and the rest of the team at Hoffman & Behar. I have never met any other attorney who's comp...assionate and genuinely cared about my situation and outcome. Andrea always kept me and my best interest in mind. She is always one step ahead of the game. I have also never met another attorney who knows her stuff and I mean really knows her stuff!!! Andrea is tough, knowledgeable and just an incredible human being. The team that works with Andrea along with Warren and Colleen - they all are such caring individuals who see you more than just a client. I genuinely recommend Andrea and this firm over and over again to everyone and anyone!!

The last thing anyone wants to do is get a divorce and hiring a lawyer to help and guide you. I wanted to make sure I got the right one. When I went to meet Andrea to discuss my divorce I was nervous and had so many questions. Once I finished meeting with her for almost two hours, I made the right de...cision to hire her to represent me. Andrea is not just phenomenal at what she does, she treats you like family as well as the rest of the office that works there. She treated me like if she was my sister fighting for her family. Andrea was able to guide me all of the steps of the divorce and what to expect along the way. My best advice when you hire Andrea, listen to her advice and guidance, she will explain in detail your best course of action and will do what is best for you, not for her. What sealed the deal for me that I chose the right lawyer for me is one late Friday we were notified by the lawyer of my ex-wife reneging on the agreement of the divorce and asked for more demands and money or else. Of course I was concerned and upset. Andrea called me and we reviewed the case at hand and she basically told me "Don't worry, I got you and I will handle this, let me do my job." Andrea sent back an email to my ex-wife's lawyer reviewing all that was set and explained the consequences if they continue to ask for more demands or money. This email was sent on a Friday at 5:00 PM. Not even an hour has passed where I got a message from Andrea that my ex-wife and her lawyer conceded to the original agreement and would sign the papers quickly without contesting it. Andrea was able to give me a favorable resolution that was even more than I can imagine. She will answer your emails and phone calls immediately within hours. You are informed of all steps along the way and there are no surprises coming from her or her office staff. I am blessed to meet her and I have even referred two people in the last few months to her for their divorce. I wasn't glad I had to meet a divorce lawyer, but I was blessed to be able to meet Andrea and have her work with me to move on with my life after a divorce. Strongly and highly recommend her.

Andrea is an incredible attorney and wonderful person. She is a quick thinker in court, and this truly matters when your attorney is arguing with your adversary in front of the Judge or conferencing in chambers. Her writing is meticulous, she submitted three motions on my behalf and her citing of th...e law as well as all the background information included in these motions was perfect. We won these motions. I had had three other attorneys, in my custody litigation, before I found Andrea, and it was only when she became my attorney that everything began to turn around for the better and court appearances were successful for me and my children. She remembers what you discuss, what matters to you and explains everything. I was always comfortable and confident going to court because I knew she was completely prepared, had everything under control and would thoroughly advocate for what I wanted for my children. My case is now over and I have full custody of my children and freedom. Andrea is the best thing that happened to my family. She saved my children.

For a Father who has been through Five Attorneys and twice Pro-Se, I believe my review and recommendation about Andrea Scampoli says a lot. I was going through a Tumultuous divorce and custody battle for 7 years before I met Andrea. The divorce process is an extremely stressful and overwhelming ex...perience trying to find the right Attorney. Unfortunately, If you do not have the right one from the get go, things get worse. They all tell you what you want to hear, such as; I know the Judge in your case, I don’t lose custody cases, we need to get you your kid, but it takes time and we have to crawl before you walk. They all give you false hope. Not Andrea. Andrea was my 5th and Final Attorney. She represented me with dignity and respect and was sensitive to my situation and my daughter. she always called me back and/or responded to e-mails. She does not waste your time or money. She is extremely experienced in the court room and does not put up with any BS. She gets the job done. With all that said, Andrea got me 50% custody within 5 months. She was so good that after the divorce and settlement my ex took off and my daughter has been living with me for 18 months now. When my case was over, I had a balance left from my retainer.
