Amy Berkowitz-Ortiz was amazing to work with for our house closing. She worked on our contract which was not your typical contract due to personal financial issues that needed to be delicately handled in the contract. She ironed it out to work perfectly for us with the sellers attorney. We had a ...very difficult real estate agent that we had to deal with on the sellers end. She handled all of the communication once the agent starting calling us and texting us daily with demands that were not her decision to make or contact us with. Our mortgage was not a straight forward situation and she made sure the legal end with the sellers worked best for our needs. Our closing went smoothly without any surprises or hitches due to her expertise. She was always easy to get in contact with when ever we had a question, concern or issue. She was very responsive and always called us back or emailed us within a very timely manner. We highly recommend Amy, and will definitely use her again!
