OUTCOME: Both sides reached an amicable settlement, the siblings are now on talking terms and several other estate matters were handled effectively to benefit both sides of the litigation.

We represented a beneficiary who was explicitly disinherited under the proposed will and were challenging the will on grounds of incompetency, undue influence and so forth.
