My experience with the law and courts from Nassau County to Manhattan have taught me that prosecutors, police officers and the FBI are often more interested in obtaining a conviction than doing justice. I care very much about protecting your rights and freedoms from aggressive government agents. In 1988, he was arrested for a crime he did not commit. Mr. Horn quickly learned that not everyone accused of serious allegations is guilty. Since then, he has made it his life's work to seek justice for everyone facing a criminal accusation.
As an aside, I have been happily married since 1994. My wife is also a criminal defense attorney. You can imagine the conversations.

Micahel D. Horn was great. I had a situation that I was wrongly accused of. He was responsive and took on my case. He was there to reassure me everything was going to be ok and not too worry. Trustworthy and very loyal. Honest and very caring also . I would highly recommend him.
