I was referred to the Nelson Law Office by several friends from work that had gone through divorce and had only wonderful things to say about this law firm. Looking back at it now, I could not have made a better choice! Initially I spoke to Mr. Robert Nelson, explained my situation and I was offered ...a course of action from him and his daughter, Ms Kimberly Nelson who was assigned to my case. I found Kimberly Nelson to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. She responded to my questions timely and in an understandable manner. I never felt like I was left hanging and I always felt sure that I was well represented. Unfortunately, my ex had a very combative behavior and was extremely difficult. It seemed that throughout the various stages of the divorce that it was getting more and more impossible for my ex to come to any type of agreement. Ms. Nelson achieved the impossible in my opinion. I started using The Nelson Law Office in 2006 for Family Law matters, mainly post divorce issues. This practice achieves its goal of assisting people through the legal process, in what can often be a traumatic experience, by being professional,courteous,and making you feel as if they understand what ...you are going through. Phone calls and e-mails are returned in a timely manner. The above has not been my experience with other practices who handle such matters as divorce and family law. I have worked most closely with Kimberly Nelson. I have found her to be a dedicated advocate for her client. She has helped me with complex litigation. Along with her excellence/knowledge in her field, she always demonstrates compassion which helps ease the process. This trait is often lacking in other lawyers I've used. It makes all the difference in the world when going through tough times legally. I find Kimberly and her practice to be honest, and fair in their fees as well. She has always been willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Another trait I have not always found in an attorney. I would higly recommend Kimberly to anyone needing Family Law services.
