Neil Patrick Diskin

Neil P. Diskin is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience representing clients in New York State and Federal courts. His practice ranges from commercial litigation to criminal defense. His commercial litigation practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract actions, partnership and shareholder disputes, business tort claims, commercial real estate litigation, construction disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and applications for injunctive relief. Prior to founding his practice, Neil spent years handling complex commercial litigation matters at one of the nation’s largest law firms and, before that, at one of the region’s most respected litigation firms. This experience provided him with sophisticated training in managing high-stakes disputes and representing clients in complex business litigation.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Neil represents individuals in criminal matters in New York State courts. Drawing on the experience he gained representing hundreds of criminal defendants at the Legal Aid Society, he provides strategic and effective advocacy at every stage of a case, from investigation and arraignment through trial and appeal. Neil is committed to protecting his clients’ rights, navigating complex legal challenges, and pursuing the best possible outcome in each matter.

Neil earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University and is a graduate of Chaminade High School.
