Michael Ralph Franzese

This review reflects my personal experience with the law firm of Michael Franzese. I've been represented by Mr. Franzese, in more than one case. Throughout a person's life, you might hire an attorney for a happy occasion such as closing on a home, or business. Perhaps a challenging situation like div...orce or family law. But, getting dragged into the criminal justice system can be the most daunting of all. The system can make you feel guilty, even if you're not. You might lose sleep, lose weight, fight with your spouse, etc. I was beyond fortunate to have The law firm of Michael Franzese recommended to me. From the beggining, Mr. Franzese took my anxiety down about 80%. He was patient with all my questions, explained everything in layman's terms, and I knew he genuinely cared. Also, I didn't expect his reasonably fast response to my calls or voice messages. I always felt well protected in the justice system with Michael as my attorney. I cannot emphasize this enough - Mr. Franzese will treat your case with the passion and thoroughness that you hope for. He is also a genuinly good guy, a family man above all else. I've had a couple of run ins with the Law The only lawyer I'll Ever use is Mike (Franzese) He's Professional, comfortable to talk to and as far as the Law he knows his stuff. My 1st run in I got a great deal and only 2yrs probation (unheard of for the offence) most of the other charges were dropped..., my 2nd offence (Misdemeanor) was dropped to a parking Ticket...I can guarantee he'll get you the best deal. I Recommend him to anyone thats in a difficult situation, He's the Best!

In October 2019, I found myself in some very serious trouble with the law. I had been arrested and charged with a ‘Class E’ felony for possession of an illegal firearm. As you could imagine, this was an incredibly stressful and surreal moment for me. Throughout the entire process, Michael was cal...m, confident and a true professional. Because of that, I felt at ease with the situation. The county is known for being very tough in these situations, but through working with him and providing all of the information he asked for, I received the best possible outcome for my case in a relatively short period of time.
