James A. Pascarella

I have had the pleasure of knowing James Pascarella as an acquaintance. He is an outstanding individual. An unfortunate time fell upon me and I found myself needing his representation. I knew he was an honest person, so figured he would be a good lawyer. Turns out he is SUPERB as an attorney. He... really cares about your case and getting the best outcome for you. He communicates with you throughout the entire process. He properly explains everything to you, every step of the way. His secretary is great too! He is respected in the courtroom by his peers and superiors. He is well spoken, intelligent and down to Earth. I felt so comfortable with him on my side. I was arrested w 4 or 5 counts and James not only got me off them but he also got me off of the lesser of charges as well. Yup free of ALL charges put on me!!! Put it to u this way, when... my trial was over some people om my jury came up to my attorney afterwards to ask him for his business card bc he KICKED ASS & they watched him work.
