Bruce attended Brooklyn, Law School, Class of 1973.
He is admitted to practice before all courts of record in New York, State; the United States District Court, Eastern District Of New York; the United States District Court, Southern District Of New York; the United States Court Of Appeals, Second Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
He attended the NITA Trial Advocacy Program and the Touro Law School Divorce Mediation Program
