Ask your attorney why he feels that this amount is just compensation. He may have big problems with liability.

Mr. Hoffman's answer is correct, as are the other attorneys. Insurance companies are alot like bullies. The pick on those they feel are weaker.

If you have pain you should see a doctor. As for whether you have a case, tht is difficult to determine without knowing when the accident occurred....

I agree with the previous attorney. Another issue is whether your cousin shouldmcontinue to have this Power of Attorney. She may be abusing it.
