Anyone can sue however he has to prove that the noise is beyond normal which is unlikely

Unless you have a contract you are an at will worker as such your employement can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all.

Yes you need to go back to court to ask for an order directing she signs the document and that she is in breach of judgement of divorce.

Yes you are still responsible for the mortgage even if you get divorced you are still responsible no matter what the divorce or seperation...
