No. A lender will not allow you wife's credit to be used to get a mortgage without her being on the deed.

No a visa is only valid for the duration given. Upon its expiration you have to apply for new one.

Your Landlord is not legally obligated to sign documentation for you to get public assistance.

Yes she is subject to deportation if she overstays.
