Heartbroken

I met this lawyer several years ago and he was pretty good as he worked closely with an officer of the law firm, however; as time progressed and the officer retired and we discovered a huge difference in his professional service. In the matter that I hired him to perform he would was originally helpf...ul and I sent a couple of friends and family to him for his experience in matters related to what he advertised in a local flyer. Unfortunately he became a different person and didn't present as reliable. As time progressed he offered several contact numbers most of which he either refused to answer or blocked calls. He never had an office site to meet and the Kew Garden location where he operated refused to offer any information of his operations. He consistently agreed to meetings with unusual appointment times which he would cancel. Once he cancelled because his cat was sick. I once agreed to meet in a mutually agreed location in a Starbucks across from a well known Court on an easily accessible location and he failed to arrive. I waited three hours. He didn't answer his phone or offer an apology or explanation. He received 1500 for a service that was never completed. In addition he collected funds from my relative for some other business and that was never completed . It was very sad and embarrassing to think I recommended this lawyer with the hope of change. My relative spent time and paid hard earned money from a minimum wage job and never got the help they begged for. My last communication with this individual was 2022. So based on his past it seems like nothing much has changed. He gave me some strange advice and that delayed a resolution and then offered some strange advice. I would never hope to see this professional person again.

Helped with bankruptcy

Aaron helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was very happy with how it turned out. He was very good at keeping me in the loop with what was going on. I thought it be very stressful, but with Aaron it was the complete opposite.

Successful Real Estate Closing

Mr. Ward has helped us in a number of our real estate transactions. He always keeps us up to date on what is going on and ensures that all of our questions get answered. I would recommend Mr. Ward to any person who needs a real estate attorney for their closings.

Not rresponsive

I wish i had read the other persons review before hiring him. The other perseon review is my exact expereince. LATE to every appointment. Mumbles before the judge. was unable to answer specific questions and late with processing paperwork. didnt return calls. I had to place sveral calls before he ...would call me back??? Eventually had to hire another attorney. Also, they certainly do lead you to believe DAN is an attorney. I had no idea he wasnt. In short, i think theyre just overworked.. under staffed and cant adequately, competently handle the cases that they take on. In turn the customer suffers (myself) with poor repressentation.

I suspect this wasn't even a client or may even be the same client as below. Dan is my office manager and his business cards are on the front desk with the words "paralegal-office manager" at all times. My office and I work hard, and do good work for very reasonable fees. I have hundreds of satisfied clients.

Waste of money

I hired the law offices of Aaron Ward for my divorce case. First of all, they gave the impression that there are 2 lawyers in the office, Aaron and Dan. I handed them money. Out of the five times that I had court appearances, Aaron was ALWAYS late. When I call, he NEVER returns calls. When the ju...dge talks to him, he mumbles and is unable to represent me before the judge. I asked that Dan represent me in court. It turns out Dan is NOT AN ATTORNEY. They never told me that until I have paid them.

In the legal profession it is not uncommon to have to deal with very unreasonable people. This client was one of them. Unreasonable. Incredibly angry at their spouse. We had all terms agreed to except the other spouse wanted to give my client only 12 years alimony, and my client wanted literally 12 and 1/2 years alimony. They also refused to pay me the thousands that I am owed in fees for my work. We parted ways over two years ago and the client still fights this case in court. My so called 'mumbling' is me conferencing the case while trying to keep this client from ruining their case by acting inappropriately in court. Unfortunately there are people who feed on drama and do not want to move on with their lives. I've had hundreds of happy clients over the years and I this client’s complaint is unreasonable and reflects the client’s personal issues.
