Biography
I am a veteran family law and matrimonial attorney who has successfully represented thousands of parents in the areas of child custody, support, paternity and divorce. I have also written two best selling books on paternity and child support law.
My extensive work in the field of family law has made me a nationally known expert in the strucutuing of child support awards as well as the securing and extinguishment of child support arrears.
I have worked closely with the federal government and the State of New York in the resolution of some of the most difficult child support cases to come before the family court system.
