Village of Bensenville Special Assessment District #1 vs. North Industrial Park Property Owners

OUTCOME: We filed objections on behalf of several property owners. After 3.5 years of litigation the case was dismissed in its entirety, resulting in tax savings of approximately $4 million for our clients.

Village of Bensenville passed a $46 million assessment for infrastructure improvements in this industrial park. and attempted to levy additional taxes upon property owners within the District.
