Robert Elliot Silverberg

I hired Robert Silverberg for a family court matter which was the worst mistake of my life. Prior to hiring him, He came across as competent and willing to fight for the best possible outcome for me. That was not what I received once I hired him as counsel for both of my cases. Robert never listened ...to any of my concerns, or shared any real options nor strategies that would benefit my cases. He urged me to agree to the very first settlement offer. Not because it was the best possible outcome for me and my very small child but because it was a way to resolve the matter and get it over with he explained. He showed little to no interest in fighting for the best possible outcome, in fact he withdrew from my cases the day of trial because I expressed some of my concerns with him which caused me to have to obtain new counsel at the very end of my cases. This was a blessing in disguise because I couldn’t be happier now. I settled my case the very first appearance with the new counsel and walked away with a much better settlement. A settlement that’s fair, which was all I wanted.
