Maria Stacy Ameen

Maria Ameen is a horrific and reprehensible attorney. She wouldn't let the Judge use the Sheriff to serve the person who the Judge ruled I needed a protection order from. The Judge wanted to use the Sheriff to serve the person who was violent. Maria Ameen instead told the Judge she would use a proc...essing server instead. Maria Ameen told me she declined using the sheriff because "She didn't want to embarrass the person being served" regarding the protection order. Maria Ameen's reason for not allowing the Sheriff to serve the person was preposterous. In addition, outrageously, Maria Ameen never tried to get the processing server to do his/her job to serve the person. Maria Ameen kept delaying and making up silly excuses to me as to why she never tried to use the processing server ever. Also, Maria Ameen told me repeatedly I would not have to be there at a hearing, but it turned out that I definitely needed to be there. She would make up lame, falsehoods to my detriment. Maria Ameen lied about me not having to be there at the hearing. She kept using delaying tactics. I paid Maria Ameen $4,500.00 and all I got was lies and abysmal service.
